No one in their right mind would buy a fixer upper as bad as ours unless they were in the flipping business. Good thing we are! This place was a totally dump…it needed new windows top to bottom, the siding was literally falling off and the entire backyard needed to be resodded. In addition to all that the kitchen had to be completely gutted and all the hardwood floors had to go immediately. I immediately went to WirelessInternet.net when we signed the purchase documents because I knew I’d need an internet connection while on site at the house. Good thing I did because I’ve never sent so many email! s in my whole life! There are contractors on top of contractors but I finally feel like the place is really coming together. The paint on the walls is almost dry and the floors look like new. The backyard is green again and we’ve even planted flowers that should bloom in spring! When we’re done we’re going to have the house of our dreams…just to turn around and sell it!
